Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Custom items, including custom shirts and personalized cups, may require additional processing time.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

You may receive multiple packaging for orders if it ships from a different warehouse


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Get Fleeked Up is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Get Fleeked Up is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.


International Shipping

International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.
