Q. Where do you ship from? 

A. We ship from multiple warehouses as we have many vendors.

Q. How long will it take for my item to arrive? 

A.  It will depend on the type of product your order.

Most items ship out within 7 days. If your order is custom it can take up to two weeks to ship.

Custom Epoxy tumblers- These tumblers take a minimum of three weeks to make from start to finish due to the customization of the tumblers. Tumblers will be shipped out 3-4 weeks after order is placed, but we do strive to get them out within 3 weeks.
