Q. Where do you ship from? 

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses and factories located in the US & China. Please expect your items to be shipped separately if you order more than one item. Different warehouses and factories specialize in different products.


Q. How long will it take for my item to arrive? 

A. We typically have a 4 day processing time to verify and fulfill your order. 

After the order is processed it will arrived between 12-20 days. Some items are made to order. 

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking code?

A. It normally takes 4-7 business days to receive a tracking number.  You can track your packages at this link. 



Q. Why is my tracking number not displaying any information?

A. Depending on the Shipping Carrier used tracking numbers generally take a few days to register into the system. If your tracking number isn't found or showing any information you can contact us at contact@getfleekedup.com to request further tracking information.

A. We have an office in Easley, South Carolina.  Our Supply Warehouses are located in the USA and China.
